If your child is no longer able to attend the session, they are booked onto we require you to provide at least 24 hours notice that they will not be attending. If your child doesn’t attend two or more booked sessions over the summer and their place isn’t cancelled 24 hours in advance, unfortunately, this will result in all bookings being cancelled for the remainder of the holiday, and their space given to another child on the waiting listing.
