What we'll do
This listing is for the Afternoon session if you are unsure of which group your child will be in please contact Lisa direct on bookings@sensoftplay.co.uk. These activities are suitable for SEND and will include messy play and outdoor play and arts and crafts activities. These sessions are FREE for families in receipt of Free School Meals or children that have SEN. We do not approve the eligibility this is something that ESCC approve. This is a drop off session and children should bring a packed lunch and a labelled water bottle with them. Fruit and snacks available every day, please inform us of any allergies. Any medication should be logged and a medical form completed. Please note: if you are a new client to Sensory Soft Play you will need to complete a registration form on our website www.sensoftplay.co.uk *** This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Free places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Looked After Children (LAC). Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***

I am an SEN mum myself and understand the difficulties of finding appropriate provision during the holidays. I have first hand experience and knowledge of the SEN world and want to make changes to systems in place that alienate SEN families including the education system.
