A SUMMARY

A life coach is a source of motivation and inspiration that gives you the push you need to reach your full potential. As your life coach, I will work with you to help achieve your dreams and goals, overcome obstacles and make positive changes in your life. I will guide you through the process by asking questions that help you evaluate and decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change. Then I will play the important role of motivator, strategist and accountability partner. In this role, I will step you through the achievement process from the beginning to the end, from the planning stage all the way through the execution stages. One of the first things I do when we meet is to ask specific questions about what you want to accomplish and help re-focus your thinking to make sure you are going about it in an effective and meaningful way. My mission is to knock down the invisible walls around you and help you find a new horizon.

I am passionate about helping people find their full potential. You are the expert in your self and I will help you realise this. I coach in sports for martial arts and professionals alike who come from many different walks of life. I have also coached people who are reluctant to be coached, which can be challenging. I have an unconditional positive regard for my clients. It never ceases to amaze me how incredible people are.
