Join Nicki in this water based exercise class designed to help strengthen muscles, increase mobility and decrease the risk of falls #strongerforlife No need to be able to swim, as your feet are safely on the ground throughout the session The pool has a no step access, with water zimmer frame and wheel chair to help everyone access the water.
