A SUMMARY
During these online classes we will learn a series of movement exercises that can be practised daily. This is an opportunity to learn and practice and also to ask questions about the exercises. Eurythmy therapy is a movement oriented therapy within Anthroposophic Medicine. Its meaningful ensouled movements help integrate us with ourselves, develop warmth, security and resilience. With specific exercises we can strengthen our immune system holistically, i.e., not only on the physical level, but also on the level of soul and spirit, and especially on the level of the life forces. Over the course of six weeks we will work with at least six of the exercises given by Rudolf Steiner as hygienic exercises which are aimed to counterbalance the negative effects of modern living.

I have 14 years experience working as a eurythmy therapist; Raphael Medical Centre, Nutely Hall and private settings. I also co-carry the Eurythmy Therapy Training in the UK and teach on various courses. I am particularly interested in teaching eurythmy to improve wellbeing.
