A summary
A FUN, ACTION PACKED DAY OF CHEER & ACRO AT GREAT CORNARD LEISURE CENTRE - 6-12YRS Children can come and spend the day learning acro and cheerleading skills. The day will be split into two halves, the morning will include developing the Children’s acro skills such as bridge work, handstands, cartwheels and lifts. The afternoon will be dedicated to applying the acro skills learnt to create an exciting cheerleading routine for Parents to watch at the end at 2.45pm or to show off at home! This fun, engaging workshop will get your Children moving and learning how to apply gymnastic and acro skills to other art forms. Children will need to wear comfy clothes (no skirts without leggings/tights and no loose fitting tops without a top underneath as Children will be going upside down so tighter fitting tops and leggings or shorts are perfect!) and appropriate footwear for dancing (no flip flops, crocs, sandals or wellies!) Children will be provided with a healthy packed lunch and need to bring named water bottle plus extra drinks for the day water will be available- no fizzy drinks or energy drinks please.

Children are positively encouraged to learn and practice physical skills, grow in confidence, have fun being active and meet new children all in a safe and pressure free environment. Maxim is a family run business that has provided a large and exciting programme of sports and social activities for children in Sudbury and the surrounding areas for over ten years.
Important information
Please send Children with appropriate clothing & footwear for their activity. A packed lunch will be provided for your Child plus snacks for the morning. Children will also need to bring along a named water bottle plus extra drinks for the day, water will be available- no fizzy drinks or energy drinks please.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.There is always a long waiting list for funded places on these camps - if your Child can no longer attend please do let us know so no food is wasted and the. place can go to another Child
