A summary
Burford School will be hosting a morning of learning and discussions in partnership with the Outdoor Learning Network and Oxford Education Deanery. This session is aimed at school leaders and education facilitators interested in exploring how outdoor education can be included in the curriculum, deliver wellbeing outcomes and support SEND and AP. We will cover: - Introduction to the Outdoor Learning Network, a local group of educators - Alternative Provision, SEND and wellbeing in nature - Outdoor Learning as part of the curriculum - Updates on the Natural History GCSE and its implications - Ways to support, including volunteering and required expertise Please arrive from 09:00 for a prompt 09:30 start. Leave plenty of time for parking and signing in.

The Outdoor Learning Network aims to connect people of all generations and backgrounds to the natural world, improving engagement and accessibility to the outdoors. You will find me out in the woods with my son, or roaming the farm at work.
