Welcome to the Guided Tree Walk & Workshop at Busses Farm, East Grinstead. Our expert guides will take you on a journey through the beautiful trees on the farm, sharing their knowledge and insights along the way.
During the session you will learn to identify common and not so common UK species of trees and shrubs, as well as enjoy the beautiful setting of the farm with outstanding views over the Weir Wood Reservoir.
There will a short classroom session before we head into the woods to do some practical surveying work. We will also carry out a short tree health survey.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

I am an experienced ecologist advising a number of large estates, organisations and private individuals across the High Weald. I also run conservation, ecology and biodiversity training sessions out of the Chiddinglye Estate. I also run foraging experiences. Before starting AtoBee Ecology I was the Ranger at Chiddinglye and prior to that I have worked for Bristol Zoo, Buglife and taught conservation at the University of the West of England.
