What we'll do
This event is for young adult carers in Cheshire East aged 14-18 years, Join Us for a Day of Discovery in Manchester! Get ready for an unforgettable day out! We'll kick things off by meeting at Crewe Train Station, where our adventure begins with a scenic train ride to the vibrant city of Manchester. Once we arrive, we’ll dive into a guided walking tour through the heart of the city—exploring iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and soaking up the rich culture and history that Manchester has to offer. After working up an appetite, we’ll enjoy a delicious group lunch at a local restaurant, perfect for relaxing and connecting with fellow explorers. But the fun doesn’t stop there! You’ll have free time to shop at the bustling Manchester Arndale, one of the UK’s premier shopping destinations, before we hop back on the train and return to Crewe. Spaces are limited—book now and be part of this exciting city escape! ✨ We hope you can join us and we look forward to meeting you all. If your plans change and you can no longer attend our session please go through the EEQU website to cancel your space. Our club is for young carers only—children who help care for a family member. It is not intended for siblings who are being cared for. We offer an inclusive, universal provision. As a non-specialist HAF provider, we ask to speak with parents/carers of children with SEND to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable environment that meets their needs. Please note Cheshire Young Carer's events are for young people registered with our service only. If you would like to make a self-referral and learn more about Cheshire Young Carers please get in contact via our website - https://www.cheshireyoungcarers.org/contact
