A summary
Our day starts with an ice breaker game/exercise to ensure everyone feels welcome and relaxed. We then head into our first dance workshop with our in house coach followed by a short performance/video and a craft. We have our lunch break around 12 and try to get outside (weather permitting) to get some fresh air and a run around. And finally our second workshop with an industry professional coach who visits us with their specialty style and/or either yoga with our in house yoga coach or a cool down before some fun games and then home time.

We ensure all students are included and encouraged to get involved. SEN is welcomed & encouraged at our camps (although we are unable to provide one to one care throughout the full day) we will endeavour to make sure all our SEN dancers are provided with professional care and attention.
Hot food provided daily for HAF students & other bookers to ensure no spotlighting.
