About your mentor

Keiko Weston

Keiko Weston

I began learning calligraphy when I was 6 years old under the tutelage of a master who was a friend of my grandmother. Straight away I gained a passion and love for the beauty of calligraphy. I now live in Surrey, UK with my British husband and a baby daughter. I run classes and create customised art work for restaurants, shops and individuals. My aim is to show and teach people around the world about the beauty of Japanese calligraphy. I believe that through this I can give people a great knowledge of the Japanese soul and the heart of the Japanese culture.
