A summary
We teach a mix of martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/kick boxing/mma, self defence. We will also be having some fitness work, like obstacle courses, and races, and for older teenagers some gym - weight work outs. Which is great for children/young people who need to increase fitness/lose weight. We also do a combination of games that incorporate fitness and stamina such as dodgeball, sumo, and bulldog. So come along and make new friends and become part of a team while having fun at the same time.

Wolverhampton BJJ
Every journey starts with a single step
Established in 2012, Wolverhampton Brazilian Jiujitsu has been successfully training students, (male and female) of all ability and fitness levels, regardless of age. In recent years we have added Submission Wrestling, Judo, Thai Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, to give our students a much better rounded skill set both for fun and fitness, as well as competitions and self defence. We offer Brazilian Jiujitsu sessions from 4 years (wolf pup programme) up to adults of all ages.
FAQ's
Can we come and have a look around/try session before it starts? Yes we are happy to welcome you and your child/young person to come one of the nights before the holiday activity starts to have a look around, have a go. Feel free to contact us to arrange when best. Is this suitable for all ages? Yes we have 3 different matted rooms that we split the children/young people into groups, so from age 4 years up. If my child enjoys it, is there something they can do outside of the holidays? Yes we do run activities all year long, during the school holidays and also after school. We offer some free courses for HAF children during term time also for children who get HAF codes. Are parents/guardians allowed to stay during the sessions? No it is a drop off then collect after the session. Unfortunately parents can't stay while children/young people's sessions are going on. However, we do welcome for parents to arrange a time with us to come along outside of sessions to have time with an instructor and your children/young people to demonstrate what they have been learning.
