A summary
This session is for young people aged 16-25 with Down syndrome to relax and recharge with friends. Activities will include listening to music, playing board games, indoor sports and enjoying a packed lunch with friends. Feel free to join us at the community centre from 10:00-14:00. Make sure to bring a packed lunch and a drink. In addition to the fun-filled activities, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends and create lasting memories. We encourage everyone to contribute to the fun and energy of the day. Not only will this be a fantastic day of fun, but it will also be a chance to learn new games, discover new music, and maybe even find a new favorite sport. We're looking forward to seeing you all there, bright and eager. Let's make this a day to remember!
