Join Funk Fusion for our new adult Zumba class at the Broomgrove Community Centre. Zumba has so many benefits, not only is it great for weight loss, but it tones your whole body, it’s a great cardio workout and is loads of fun, so it boosts your mood too! So, why not invite your friends or come on your own and meet new people at our friendly, non-judgement class – we can’t wait to meet you! This session is supported by funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget. We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford: • £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session • £2 – a lower price if money is tight • Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them. Booking via EEQU for the first time? If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, no problem at all, just let us know at least 24 hours before the session. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, it will be recorded as a no show. Our sessions often fill up quickly, so to give everyone a fair chance to take part, we operate a three strike policy. If you book a free ticket and don’t attend three sessions without cancelling, any future free bookings will also be cancelled.
