When your mentor provides a strapline it will go here
I am a passionate baker with a love for sharing and teaching others. As a member of the real bread campaign I am keen to promote the health, financial and feel-good benefits of baking and eating real bread. Being half Swedish, I was lucky enough to be brought up with a pretty constant supply of delicious homemade bread and buns and I learnt a lot just by helping my mum in the kitchen. In 2011, I learned to bake bread formally at the Lighthouse in East Sussex; a great artisan bakery run by a passionate team. Since then I’ve baked virtually every day and have been running classes in my home and in schools since 2011. One recent student said "Anna was brilliant throughout, pitching the course a just the right level and providing a tasty lunch and afternoon tea in the garden." "... a very natural teaching style, very welcoming and ensure(s) everyone is included and supported."
