Introduction to Sourdough
Mentored by Anna Haynes
For ages: 18+ years
Learn about working with a natural leaven and using pre-ferments to improve the flavour, nutrition and keeping qualities of your bread. You will also get a tub of my original sourdough starter to take home. This class is best for those with some baking experience.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
• No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.
• If, for any reason, you can’t make the class and you let me know up to one month before the class date, I will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Up to two weeks before the class I will offer you an alternative date or 50% refund. If you give less than two weeks notice I cannot offer a refund because it is unlikely that I will find someone to take your place at such short notice.
