By joining our classes you will learn several styles of yoga including Hatha and Vinyasa Flow . Set to music, this is a dynamic series of postures with a dance like quality. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronised movement.” ... Vinyasa has both physical and mental benefits. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energises our bodies. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies. Hatha yoga is a traditional style of yoga which emphasises on the physical postures to master the control of the mind. Hatha yoga is a great practice for beginners and people looking to find a more gentle approach to yoga. There will also be a guided relaxation at the end of every class. About your Mentor
I am a mother of two and have been teaching yoga for 5 years but practicing yoga for 15 years! I have done lots of training with internationally known yoga teachers starting with Mark Frieth and then gaining my 500hr teacher training qualification with Noah Maze. I love yoga and am particularly passionate about Vinyasa flow yoga but also teach Hot yoga, Yin Yoga and Pregnancy yoga. I founded Yard Yoga studio in 2014 which has become a thriving part of the community.
