This workshop will be led by Mike Noble who is an award-winning artisan chocolatier from Noble & Stace. The team are a finalist for Food Producer of the year. Mike says: "Who hasn’t dreamt of spending their days melting, moulding and creating delicious chocolate rather than hearing it drop from an office vending machine. We’re cautious types though so rather than jump feet first into the melting pot we took our time, built a dedicated chocolate kitchen and set about learning how to be chocolatiers. It was our friends who suffered most in the early days. They had to eat their way through tons of truffles, bags of bars and quite literally boxes of boxes but we all made it through and we can’t thank them enough for all their help, advice, support and patience. Chocolate making is a very physical process. The weighing and preparing of ingredients along with hand-whisking will ensure that you get a good workout! Many people find the hands-on experience of the ingredients and the accuracy needed when piping very calming and even therapeutic!

Cancellation

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.

No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.


1. If you need to cancel your booking within 21 days of the workshop/event no refund is payable. (if however we can resell your place we will refund your payment to you less a 25% admin fee) 2. Outside of 21 days of the date of the workshop/event we will provide a full refund less a 25% admin fee. 3. In any event that it is necessary for us to cancel your workshop/event we will offer a full refund or offer an alternative suitable date for you to attend.
