I offer coaching sessions for teenagers and young people in Higher Education. I have over 30 years of teaching experience, making it easy for me to develop positive relationships with this age group. I truly believe that the coaching process can have a powerful impact on learners' self-esteem and motivation levels. Sessions are delivered from my peaceful home in Hanover, Brighton. They are confidential one-to-one hour-long bespoke sessions, focusing on the goals set by the young person at the start of the process. A variety of topics and issues can be explored in a series of sessions for young people aged 14-18. For example: lack of confidence/self-belief motivation levels time management study/revision skills worry/anxiety underachievement procrastination goal-setting My aim is to make the sessions positive, practical and productive. Qualifications • BA Hons University of Warwick • PGCE King’s College London • EMCC/EQA Qualified Coach Practitioner (Life Coach) with TPC Leadership I have lived in Brighton since 1995, working as a Secondary School Teacher, bringing up my daughter and enjoying life by the seaside! Like many people in their middle age, I wanted a change. I wanted to use the skills I’d developed and the experiences I had gained over time, in a new and different way. Coaching seemed to fit the bill. When I was teaching, I loved developing positive relationships with students and motivating them and now I can do this with my learners, as their coach. I help people of all ages and backgrounds find out what it is they want to do and need to do to feel happier, more fulfilled with their lives. My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.

No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.
