A summary
Sports Coaching Group are excited to offer teens the chance to work alongside the Sports Coaching Group team to enhance the experience of children attending winter holiday clubs in their local community. Sports Coaching Group are running a number of holiday clubs throughout Cheshire East during the summer holiday period. We can offer HAF Teen children the chance to join the Sports Coaching Group coaches to help run the holiday clubs. Roles include helping with warm-up games, arts and crafts and small group sports coaching. This opportunity is ideal for any young aspiring childminder, sports coach, teacher, nursery practitioner or any line of work working with children. On arrival, candidates will go through a short induction with the Sports Coaching Group team before being designated a group for the day. Food is also provided as well as a ‘Sports Leader’ T-shirt.

During term time we coach Physical Education in over 50 primary schools around Cheshire and Staffordshire, each school we work in is different and we pride ourselves in creating a bespoke service for each one, whether that be offering Change4life clubs, Sports Days, PPA cover, CPD lessons, breakfast, lunch or after school clubs. During school holidays our Multi-sports and Sport specific holiday clubs have been very popular since August 2010. We pride ourselves on offering children new experiences and opportunities within sports away from school time.
