A summary
Brighton Table Tennis Club, Nam Yang Martial Arts and Oddballs Circus School are delivering 4 days of fun sessions for children and young people aged 7 to 13 who receive benefits-related Free School Meals. Everyone gets to try all of the activities. Hot food will be provided by the Real Junk Food Project between 3-4pm. Healthy snacks available all day. Places are subject to availability. It is likely that this will be over subscribed. We will confirm as soon as we are able to that your child has a space and for which days. If your child cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible, and before 9am on the day. Unfortunately, if you book a place for your child and don’t let us know in advance that they can’t attend we won’t be able to book places at the camp for your child in future. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the Winter, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city with one session available per day. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
