A summary
Revitalise Your Parenting Journey: Attachment Play, Nourish with Seasonal Delicacies, and Dance with Abandon We are so excited to bring to you a collaboration of Flourishing Childhood's Attachment Play workshop, Field Food's nourishing lunch, and playful dancing with Izzy from Grooveforu held at Field Food's Barn. (Full address provided upon booking) This collaboration provides a holistic approach to parenting that nurtures the parent and ultimately the child. Please note this is a parent only event. (Babies under 6 months can attend) Benefits include: Enhanced Parent-Child Bond: The attachment play workshop provides parents with tools and techniques to strengthen their connection with their child. Parents will have the opportunity to actively participate in the workshop, engaging in hands-on activities, games, and discussions. Attachment play creates deeper connections, improves communication, and fosters a more secure and nurturing relationship with our little ones from birth to age 10. Practical Parenting Skills: The workshop equips parents with practical skills and strategies they can apply in their everyday parenting journey. You will learn effective approaches to handle challenges, support behaviour, and create a secure foundation for your child's emotional well-being, empowering you to navigate parenthood with confidence. Nourishment for the Body and Mind: (Lunch 1pm-2pm) Field Foods nourishing lunch offers parents a culinary experience that goes beyond mere sustenance. You will enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This nourishment will fuel your bodies and provide a sense of well-being. You can enjoy a sense of community, build new friendships, and feel supported in your parenting journey. Unleashing Playfulness and Joy: (Dance Class 4pm-5pm) Dancing with Izzy from Grooveforu will awaken parents' inner playfulness and bring forth a sense of joy and lightheartedness. Through dance, you can let go of stress, express yourselves creatively, and experience the pure pleasure of movement, helping you reconnect with your own sense of playfulness. Community and Support: Participating in this collaboration offers parents an opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals who are also seeking to foster flourishing childhoods. You can share experiences, exchange ideas, and form a supportive network, creating a sense of belonging and community. Personal Growth and Self-Care in Community: Engaging in attachment play, enjoying a nourishing lunch, and dancing promote personal growth and self-care for parents. You get to prioritise your own well-being, engage in activities that bring joy, and invest in your own personal development, ultimately benefiting both yourselves and your children. Lasting Memories and Experiences: The beautiful collaboration of these elements creates lasting memories and experiences for us as parents. You will have the opportunity to engage in the transformative workshop, savour a delicious meal, and create joyful moments through dance. We hope these experiences will enrich your lives! Overall, parents can expect to enjoy an engaging and interactive workshop, indulge in a delicious and nourishing field foods lunch, experience the joy of dance, and connect with a community of parents!
