A summary
Just being, letting go of doing and busyness for a little while, opens the door to connection. Nature’s intelligence flows through the trees, the rocks, the birds and the water. It flows through us, but we often miss it. Mindfulness is the art of tuning into our 8 (or more) senses and noticing this flow. See what comes as the dross in the mind begins to settle. In this workshop we will explore what mindfulness really is and directly experience nature through our many of our senses. A variety of practices will help us slow down and meet the natural world more intimately.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
