A summary
In these sessions we use Tag rugby as the steering wheel to learn the key ABC'S of sport. Focusing on agility/balance/coordination and speed. The session are highly engaging and will build the learners motor skills and movement. There will be a lot of fun and active games to facilitate the player's learning. We use skill zones to give extra support to the group and really focus on the detail of the skills. We thrive on our sessions being unconventional from other rugby training that most players would have done.
