We are delighted to offer some fitness classes for girls and women.
Over the period of 6 weeks there will be various classes and sessions delivered by a very experienced Fitness Instructor, Fully Qualified and very engaging.
We aim for these classes and sessions to be user friendly nothing too athletic, so don't worry, come along have fun learn new skills and ways to exercise and stay fit.
Gert out and engage and meet new friends.
Please bring bottle of water and a Yoga Mat.
