Introduction to Bread-Making (for adults)
Mentored by Anna Haynes
For ages: 18+ years
A SUMMARY
Everything you need to set you off on your bread-making journey to making delicious, healthy bread every day. In this class you will make white, wholemeal and seeded bread and rolls. We will talk about ingredients - those that need to go in, and those you might find lurking in your commercial loaf. You'll get a really good understanding of what happens at each stage of the process, what may have been going wrong (if you've had a go and had inconsistent results) and some comprehensive notes with the recipes to take home (along with a bag of fresh, warm bread). The class includes lunch, tea, coffee and biscuits. On-street metered parking. Good public transport links.

Cancellation
My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
• No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.
• If, for any reason, you can’t make the class and you let me know up to one month before the class date, I will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Up to two weeks before the class I will offer you an alternative date or 50% refund. If you give less than two weeks notice I cannot offer a refund because it is unlikely that I will find someone to take your place at such short notice.
