A SUMMARY
A morning for yourself to reduce stress and recharge as we move through an inspiring and energising yoga class to leave us open and grounded. Afterwards enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch before sharing some guided meditation for balance and stillness.

I am a Yogi from Indian descent and a highly experienced teacher; I have studied and trained in India under many prestigious yoga Gurus. I have explored a wide variety of Yoga styles, philosophy and teachings in order to build my own unique approach; predominantly for the more mature Woman dealing with the mid-life stresses, challenges and changes that occur with the coming of age but my yoga is available and beneficial to all. My approach is to help maintain a fine balance between the flow of breath, energy and movement for the mind, body and soul. I am a regular resident teacher at the prestigious Partmath Niketen Yoga Ashram in Reshikesh, India, by the banks of the river Ganga and a registered teacher at Yoga Alliance United Kingdom. I believe in adapting the practice to the needs of the individual in order to achieve the best therapeutic value for all my students. I am also an experienced Reiki practitioner and art therapist working with those in recovery, couples, men, children, seniors and troubled teenagers.
