What we'll do
These weekly classes will develop creativity, confidence and team-work. The class curriculum includes theatre games, movement, improvisation, stagecraft, creative writing, film critique and performance technique. We also will be inviting practitioners who specialise in stage combat, movement, mask and film techniques. The aim of the course is to develop the individuals creative voice, to help the students gain the skills for collaboration and critical thinking. And to to have fun in a safe stimulating environment!

I have worked extensively as an actor and director for companies including BBC, Channel 4, Royal Court and RSC. .
Drama
This is a drama group for homeschoolers between the ages of 13-15. We are very excited to offer our experience as long-standing professionals in the film tv and theatre industry to share with these young people. Our aim is to provide young people with a vibrant introduction to theatre craft. These weekly classes will develop creativity, confidence and team-work. The class curriculum includes theatre games, movement, improvisation, stagecraft, film critique and performance technique. There will also be the opportunity to sing and have fun playing instruments and making music. Our sessions will begin with a physical warm-up and move on to improvisation games, followed by a series of projects including playwriting workshops, text work and how to build a story.

To be able to participate in short improvisations using gesture, movement and/or facial expression.

To be able to recognise and understand different theatre vocabulary.

To be able to adopt, develop and sustain a role.

To develop skills to devise, write and perform short scripts.

To be able to use and discuss the use of various musical techniques to enhance the dramatic experience.

To be able to use a range of stimuli to develop critical and creative thinking skills.

To be able to develop thinking skills by exploring characterisation.
Aim 6
To develop structure in scriptwriting.
Aim 8
To be able to use and discuss appropriate gestures and movements in drama games.
