A summary
Spoil yourself with a fully catered 2024 FSA conference staying in a private 'leader double room'. Each of Danbury’s cabins are equipped with separate more private shared rooms for those requiring extra privacy and space. These rooms must be booked for two people in a group booking so you can choose who you are sharing with. These rooms are often used by residential school leaders/teachers so will give you the best night’s sleep. Please be aware that these rooms have bunk beds and may not be suitable for everyone. They allow access to the other facilities and have power and heating to keep you snug. Delegates should bring their own blankets, pillows and sleeping bags. These tickets include access to the conference, activities and workshops, full catering and refreshments. No need to bring plates or cups but remember your own toiletries. We encourage each person to book individually so that each person will get the benefit of any discount codes that apply to their booking and so they can later book and manage their chosen workshops and view their conference tickets and schedules. IMPORTANT: These rooms are for two people. Single bookings will be declined after 24 hours. You can coordinate with the other person in your booking using the cabin's numbers 1 - 10. Your ticket booking will only be confirmed once both beds in the room are booked.

About Danbury
Danbury is a large outdoor activity centre in Essex. Danbury is a purpose-built site, set in over seventy acres of stunning woodland in the heart of the county near Chelmsford. The FSA conference was held here in 2022 and 2023 and was met with excellent feedback from participants and stallholders. Stallholders form a circle in a well-kept field in the heart of the conference, providing a range of informative and useful services and products for outdoor educators. The stalls are fun to browse in between workshops, lectures and other core activities.
Booking Process
We encourage each person to book individually so that each person will get the benefit of any discount codes that apply to their booking and so they can later book and manage their chosen workshops and view their conference tickets and schedules. IMPORTANT: These rooms are for two people. Single bookings will be declined after 48 hours without warning. You can coordinate with the other people in your booking using the cabin's numbers 1 - 10. Your ticket booking will only be confirmed once both beds in the room are booked.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than one week before the start to receive a full refund.You can cancel your place via your Eequ account. Go to your Cancel Page in your Menu. If you cancel within seven days of the event, and we cannot resell your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Any cancellations prior to the 7 day window will receive a full refund. Forest School Association will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport disruption
