What we'll do
As part of our weekly family sports, we have planned some exciting and adventurous outdoor activities so home-educating families can not only learn to enjoy outdoor activities but also connect with nature as a family. We have a range of different outdoor activities for different groups of people. If you and your family would like to join us, please select the dates and activities that suit you and register. As all the activities will be outdoors, please ensure you and your children wear appropriate clothing and footwear. On some of the dates, it is expected to rain. Therefore, a raincoat is recommended. In the case of extreme weather conditions, sessions may be cancelled. We will give notice via email of any cancellations as soon as practical. Please keep an eye on your email for updates ahead of your booked session. Please note the activity venues below: Home-Educators' Sports Day - 5 June 2023, 11am Alexandra Park, Oldham, OL8 2BH (Meet near car-park on Queens Road) Nature Detectives - 22 June 2023, 11am Dovestone Reservoir, Oldham, OL3 7NE (Meet in car-park) Archery and Badminton - 6 July 2023, 11am Alexandra Park, Oldham, OL9 0QB (Meet in Queens Road car-park)
