What inspires me
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step - Lao Tzu Relieve Stress in the body and soul using mindful movement inspired by ancient traditions stemming from branches of Qi Gong and Dao Yin. This class is suitable for everyone of all abilities and mobilities. It will ease tension, create strength and bring joy. Emily has been practising Qi Movement for over 20 years and completed her shiatsu training at the British School of Shiatsu Do and has been offering one to one shiatsu treatments for the last 12 years. Emily is a Mother, A shiatsu practitioner for all ages and teaches Qi Movement. She also teaches baby shiatsu for mothers and babies suitable from birth. A passionate believer in how our bodies can facilitate their own healing with gentle direction.
