A summary
Bikeability is the governments national Cycle training programme way to learn to ride safely and confidently. Our experienced instructor will help you every step of the way, providing expert guidance and support throughout the course. At Bikeability Level 1, you will learn the basics of bike safety, including how to check your bike and how to ride safely in a traffic free environment. You will also practice basic bike handling skills like starting, stopping, and turning.

Maintain your bicycle: Make sure your ride is in tip top condition.
