A summary
Newton Leys Primary School has been awarded grant funding from Milton Keynes City Council to deliver sessions for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, for children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM) Cooking activities will be made available daily to the children if they wish to engage. Children will have the opportunity to help with preparing their own lunch in the cookery room and having the opportunity to experiment with food science. Role play areas include: den building, puppet shows, kitchen and dolls. Also available will be dance and sports activities. The Reptile man will be in one day to educate children.
