Time of Session: 4:15pm - 5:15pm Day of Session: Tuesday (weekly) Venue: Defiant Sports Inclusion Hub, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6JH Cost of Session: £3 Per Person Description of what to expect at the Session: Weekly dodgeball sessions working on skills such as: catching, throwing and dodging. As well as having fun and finishing with a good game of dodgeball! We are always open to user suggestions and depending on the clients at a session the general flow may change slightly to be more beneficial for those who have attended. If there is a drill or skill you are not wanting to take part in, players are welcome to use any of the equipment in our community area, as long as it does not require staff supervision.
