Welcome to Pure-Studios. When you walk through the door you'll be greeted by our friendly instructors.
Your instructor will warm you all up as a group before getting on the aerial equipment. You will learn how to get up onto the equipment, some tricks, some combinations and how to dismount safely. We will have mats and someone to spot you if you need it.
At the end of the session you will be cooled down before you leave.
Food will be provided at the end of the session.
