A summary
We ask that you arrive on or just after 9am as the doors open at 9am, parents will be required to complete a form the first time you drop your child off. Children will be welcomed into the club and given hot crumpets on arrival, for 20 minutes or so everyone will be together, once everyone is in and sorted the fun will begin starting with sporty games on the rugby field or the barn depending on the Cumbrian Weather. Drinks will be readily available but we ask that if you have one you bring a water bottle, we dont allow any fizzy sugary drinks, water is good or juice. After a short break our amazing Youth Rugby Coaches will arrive to lead on Rugby and ball Skills, this is a physical fun packed session and children will be expected to participate in all activites. A hot healthy lunch will be served from 12.30pm Tuesdays will be Pasta Bolognese and Thursdays will be a Pasta Bake, there will be vegtables and fruit served everyday too, If your child has any allergies please let us know asap. Parents are required to collect children at or just before 1pm. On the initial form you have the opportunity to let us know if someone else will be collecting your child.

I was introduced to the holiday camp last year at Wath Brow Hornets and really enjoyed the experience of working with the young people and watching new friendships flourish. This year I got the chance to run the camp and Im bursting with ideas to bring the young people together in a bright, engaging enviroment. Wath Brow is primarily a rugby club and on the back of the reviews last year regarding the Rugby Coaches we are offering this on all of our days, we are delighted to know that at least three of the Summer Camp kids now play for Wath Brow on a regular basis

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
