Brighton & Hove Albion Soccer Schools run during the school holidays and are a great opportunity for children to have fun, improve their skills and make new friends in a safe and structured environment. The young people will also engage in fun activities around nutrition and wellbeing and to try some new foods. A packed lunch will be provided to all children, but strongly recommend that each child brings a bottle of water.
A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council:
• Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
• Limits on bookings – Over the Winter, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
