Lisa Playford
Organiser of the food & fun :-)
My name is Lisa Playford and I am the Project Manager at the Willingdon Trees Community Centre, which aims to benefit of all people living in the Hampden Park and surrounding areas of Eastbourne. The Community Centre is situated in the heart of the Willingdon Trees neighbourhood and is run by a small charity, the Trees Community Association Ltd, who work in partnership with Sussex Community Development Association. The Centre has been developed in a thriving and vibrant community hub, offering a space for affordable community hire, a venue for essential advice and support services, free to access social groups, opportunities for learning and volunteering, and an inclusive and friendly environment. The Centre is run by three part-time staff members and a team of fantastic volunteers.

No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor. If you book a place please consider that failure to attend is a wasted space that could be enjoyed by someone else and also leads to food waste. Repeated failure to attend booked sessions will result in future bookings being refused.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
