Meet up with old friends and make some new ones, as you try your hand at a wide range of sports and activities. This Summer enjoy our outdoor garden games, including Connect Four and Giant Jenga, take part in sports such as football, archery, basketball, tennis, dodgeball and unihoc or get crafty with our fantastic play team with junk modelling, summer arts and crafts and face painting. Please ensure your child brings a large bottle of water with them. We will have refill stations for them to top up their bottles throughout the day. Please be aware there are no toilets on site, so we advise you to book the sessions that are close to your home. This year we will be visiting Quantock Gardens, Farley Bank, Downs Farm and Hollington Bowl, visit our organisation page for details (eequ.org/activehastings) For more information email activehastings@hastings.gov.uk or call 01424 451051. About your mentors
Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
