Booking will be an acceptance of our rules. IMPORTANT: you need to read the rules, and provide any medical history. A lifeguard will be on duty together with spotters. Bright swimming hat and tow float are required. YOU MUST BE A GOOD SWIMMER, if we feel you are not a good swimmer, you may be asked to wear a life jacket, which are available at £1.00. PARKING: our parking is limited, so please use overflow parking just inside the gate if parking on the tennis court area is full. Do not park\drive on the grass unless instructed to do so. We would kindly ask that you do not bring dogs or picnics. We would also kindly ask that you leave within 25 minutes to allow for next session. Open water swimming is a fantastic mood booster. Taking a dip outdoors boosts dopamine and serotonin levels and stimulates the release of feel-good endorphins. 1. All swimmers must pre-book. 2. You must not enter the water until you are advised to do so by our lifeguard. 3. All swim sessions will start and finish at the time booked. 4. Children must be supervised at all times, in and out of the water. 5. All children between the age of 8 and 16 must be able to demonstrate that they are experienced strong swimmers and must be accompanied by an adult. 6. A brightly coloured swim hat must be worn at all times for your safety. 7. When the water temperature is 16c or below a wetsuit must be worn, when swimming without a wetsuit a tow float must be worn. 8. If you see anyone in trouble, alert a member of staff. 9. Safty is paramount, if you are asked to leave the water, do so immediately. 10. Respect others swimming. 11. Do not ingest water if possible. 12. All accidients must be reported. 13.
