Discover the wonderful world of screen printing.
A Variety of screen printing workshops run from my Forest Row studio. My classes are particularly suitable for beginners to give you your first experience of screen printing. Our fun creative workshops provide a wonderful opportunity to come together and enjoy drawing and working with pattern and colour.
You will design your own unique pattern, from which which you will create a paper-cut stencil and learn to translate your design onto your final fabric product.
The screen printing process is a hands-on craft full of endless possibilities, time for playful experimentation, exciting unpredictable outcomes and the chance to let yourself be creative.
Workshops are limited to a maximum of 5 people, ensuring plenty of personal guidance.

I am focused on bringing the tradition of silk-screen printing to the forefront of contemporary design practice and have over 10 years experience within screen printing and pattern design. The art of print allows me to fully express my creativity through transferring designs onto fabric surfaces. Since 2014 the brand “Lara Görlach” has grown to encompass a wide range of interior, home and lifestyle products. My aim is to make functional artwork a carefully considered colour palette and pattern adorns everyday objects, making beautiful textile design accessible for those who appreciate the physical skill of screen-printing and the luxury textural quality it offers.
