Susan Kelly
Susan Kelly
I started my working life as a Physical Education teacher and I have taught in both mainstream and alternative schools. Gradually, over the years I have seen a growing number of stressed-out teenagers struggling with fear and anxiety. I am now on a mission to deliver what I see as being hugely important but isn’t being taught widely in schools; practical tools to help reduce stress and anxiety. I am a qualified TRE provider, nature connection provider, Bothmer Movement teacher and I’m fascinated by the brain and body and how we can create a more healthy and harmonious life.
