A summary
Time of Event: Set off at 11:00am; Dancing warmup at 10:30am. Date of Event: Sunday the 15th of December. Meeting Point: Just outside of Seamoors, The Waterfront, Eastbourne, BN23 5UZ. Cost of Event: £10 for adults and £5 for children. This includes a Santa outfit to wear on the day which will be available for pick-up from the Defiant Sports Inclusion Hub (Defiant Sports Inclusion Hub, Archery Recreation Ground, Willoughby Crescent, BN22 8RA) at 11am - 4pm on Wednesdays throughout Novemeber, or at the Sovereign Harbour Community Centre at 10am - 3pm on Saturday the 7th of December. If you want to wear your own festive outfit, you are more than welcome to do so. If you would prefer, you may pay in cash at either site during their outfit pick-up period (provided there are still suits available, or you are happy to wear your own festive outfit). Description of Session: A walk/wheel around Eastbourne's Sovereign Harbour dressed in Santa outfits to spread festive cheer and enjoy some wholesome time with the local community. The route will take us across the Northern and Southern Sovereign Harbour as well as the seafront and is wheelchair accessible. Money raised from this will go to Defiant Sports. Please see the third image for a route map. It goes from Seamoors through the North Harbour, then wraps back around along the seafront and curves back in past the flats and over the lock gates; after which it goes around the Southern Harbour and finishes back at Seamoors.
