A summary
Bikeability L1 A session which develops the fundamentals of riding their bike. This woks on the control of the bike along with skills such as looking over the shoulder and signalling. All participants are advised to bring with them their bike, helmet and appropriate clothing for the weather and riding their bike. There are toilet facilities available and a water bottle refill station. The sessions aim to build confidence whilst riding on a bike and developing a wider awareness of cycling.
