What we'll do
During these classes you will learn and practice some punches and kicks which you will be able to use in combination with core exercises for a cardio based workout. Sessions start with a fun warm up game to get your heart rate up and prepare you for the main session. After this you will be learning a new skill to then practice in pairs. Next step is to incorporate this into a mini HIIT workout before ending with a boxing skill related drill and stretch to finish the session. New skills will be learned throughout.

I have previously worked as a primary school teacher and have a degree in psychology. I tried to use both these skill sets to support my work as a fitness coach, personal trainer and exercise referral instructor.
