Whether you’re planning a well-being sessions or a educational trip we offer flexible scheduling and can accommodate groups of various sizes. Cancellation policy

We are generous with our rescheduling and cancelling policy although it remains at management’s discretion. Please help us by giving at least 1 weeks notice by email or phone. We are an all-weather facility and cannot refund or reschedule due to wet weather but are happy to help if you are prevented from using your session due to illness, accident or extreme weather. We do not refund if you do not turn up and then contact us later as we will have arranged staff for your session.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
