A summary
Learn to Ride Learn to Ride – a 45 minute session where participants will work on improving their balance, confidence and skill to aid their progression towards riding their bike. All participants are advised to bring with them their bike, helmet and appropriate clothing for the weather and riding their bike. There are toilet facilities available and a water bottle refill station. The sessions aim to build confidence whilst riding on a bike and developing a wider awareness of cycling.
