What we'll do
All Dates and sessions are neurodivergent-friendly and accessible. DATES: Monday 23rd December Tuesday 24th December We’ve been to Santa City, Next stop…Village Noël! We’re excited to host this year’s event at the fantastic Streetfunk CIC Studios. Get ready for a holiday experience like no other! Step aboard Antler Airways with your family and embark on an unforgettable journey to Village Noël, where you’ll help deliver the spirit of Christmas straight to Santa himself! From the moment you board, your adventure begins as you ‘soar’ through a star-studded night flight, venture through snow-dusted forests, explore festive markets, and make magical memories with the whole family. Along the way, you’ll stop at the bustling Mistletoe Market and even visit Santa’s snug study for a personal encounter! Please arrive on time for your booking slot, the experience is up to two hours long and you can go at your own pace around the 7 immersive spaces. There will be multiple seating areas around the space for rest and snack eating. All zones have access to an outside space where you can take a break from the group if needed. All the lighting is soft and gentle. With hints of quiet music throughout. Zone 1 (Indoor): On arrival, you and your time slot group of up to 15 people (adults & children) are welcomed into the Post office where you will discover the secret HQ of the Antler Airways postal service! You'll be given your Antler Airways Crew badge and packed lunch. You will be tasked with helping deliver Santa's letters to him! As you journey through Village Noël don't forget to pick up your stamps to earn your clearance into Santa's study. Zone 2 (Indoor): Step aboard the Antler Airways Jet & meet Captain Edwardo Baublious and learn how to "fly" to Village Noël. The Jet is Powered by Jingle bells & Christmas songs; everyone is welcome to join in! Zone 3 (Outdoor): As you disembark, your first stop on your way to Santa is The Mystical Nordic Forest, this quaint little forest is full of lovely installations and photo opportunities. Take a seat on the Unicorn throne, meet the keeper of the forest & see if you can spot the baby polar bear frolicking in the snow. Zone 4 (Indoor): Take a stroll through Bauble Hall, a corridor of reflections & sparkly joy, with soft lighting & baubles galore. Zone 5 (Outdoor): Follow the lanterns outside to discover Village Noël's unique garden as you make your way towards the heart of Village Noël. Take a seat in the garden Cafe & enjoy a warm drink and something from your packed lunch! Zone 6 (Indoors): Welcome to The Village Noël Market! Come on in and meet the local elves! This hustling and bustling town market is home to: - Elf on the Shelf game - The Ornament workshop - The Snowfunk Dance Studio Take your time to wander around and have a go at the activities as you wait to be called by the chief elf to meet Santa. Zone 7 (Indoors): You made it! Come on into Santa's study & tell him all about your travels! Have a photo, receive your festive hamper & don't forget to give him your Christmas letters & Pictures! As a company, we design and deliver events & workshops to be as accessible as possible and pride ourselves in creating moments that everyone can enjoy. If there is anything else you need to know, please do not hesitate to ask us. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the Winter, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Supporting children & young people's creativity is at the heart of what we do. In classes, workshops & events everyone is welcome and we celebrate the process of creating something & all who are involved get to experience extraordinary moments.
Can adults come?
We welcome a maximum of two adults per HAF funded child. Therefore each adult and each child that attends must book a ticket. Siblings under the age of 4 are welcomed, there is a max of 2 additional under 4 siblings per family. Please note, that siblings in attendance who are not in receipt of benefits related free school meals will not be able to participate in the bauble craft workshop or receive a packed lunch, however, they will be able to participate in 6 other activities and photo opportunities throughout as well as benefit from the family hamper. Families can only attend Antler Airways once. Please contact us for any additional information required.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Unfortunately due to the nature of the festive experience, we can not transfer tickets to alternative dates. If you can not attend please cancel asap so that your places can become available for other families to book.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
