What we'll do
Fun and active boxing fitness sessions delivered by ex professional boxer Ricky and his team of volunteer coaches. Brilliant for those interested in boxing or looking to be active and burn some energy. The sessions are based at Kennedys boxing club in BS13 and will include 90 mins of boxing work (pads, bags, rig work) and a filling nutritious meal will be provided to all children who attend. 2 sessions to book onto - Tuesday 7th April and Thursday 9th April. Any participants who are 8 or under must be accompanied by a parent / carer. There is a waiting area at the venue.
