A summary
A fun and supportive running club designed for children aged 7 to 12 years old, held on a floodlit running track for safe, year-round participation. Sessions focus on developing fitness, speed, coordination, and confidence through age appropriate drills, games, and group runs. Perfect for young runners of all abilities who want to stay active, make friends, and enjoy the excitement of running in a team environment. To access Yo! Active sessions you are required to be a resident of Wolverhampton with a WV postcode and have a Yo! Active membership (complete at booking).

A charity which encourages healthier and more active people, lifelong learning and skills and the development of safer, stronger communities. Yo! Active is an exciting new free physical activity programme for children and young people aged up to 18, or under 25 for care leavers or young adults with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). With funding from City of Wolverhampton Council, we deliver up to 40 hours of free activities every week at the council’s WV Active leisure centres, community centres and other locations across the city.
