A summary
Get ready to bring your spirit and energy to our cheerleading club! Join our exciting sessions which introduce children to Cheerleading and gain a basic level and understanding of the sport. Cheerleading is a mix of gymnastics, stunting and dance and doesn’t involve PomPoms. Each day we will work on a routine and learning new skills. Cheerleading is a fun, team-based activity that is close contact and involves lots of teamwork and trust. During the camps, children will sometimes work closely together, including lifting or supporting each other as part of simple routines. All activities are carefully supervised by our qualified coaches, and safety is always our top priority - we make sure every child feels confident, comfortable, and supported at all times.

Through sport, we can build self-esteem, give young people an outlet, encourage positive life choices and help them in every possible way to be happy and succeed in life. We will introduce our HAF children to a variety of different sports, encouraging them to try them all. We want to inspire, motivate and enthuse the young people we meet, through fun sessions that leave a lasting impression.
